Mikron HSM 600 5-Axis Pallet 

The Mikron HSM 600 5-axis machining center is a high-performance CNC machine designed for precision high-speed milling applications. Built by GF Mikron in Nidau, Switzerland, this 2010 machine is equipped with the reliable Heidenhain iTNC 530 control and features a 24,000 RPM HSK A63 spindle, providing excellent performance for complex 5-axis machining. The machine includes a 50-position automatic tool changer, laser tool measurement, and an M&H infrared probe system for part inspection. This HSM 600 is configured with a 7-pallet System 3R Dynafix automation system, allowing efficient unattended production and quick part changeover. With liquid-cooled feed drives, Heidenhain glass scales, and a polymer concrete machine base, the Mikron HSM 600 delivers outstanding accuracy, stability, and high-speed machining capability. This machine is currently available under power at European Machine Tools in Wisconsin.
